Gift Content (Public)

Information you explicitly provide to be displayed on your personalized page: photos, titles, romantic messages, dates, music links (YouTube), and selected emojis.

Account & Delivery (Private)

Information needed to deliver the service: your email address (for sending the QR code and Admin access), your name (optional), and payment confirmation details. We do not store credit card numbers directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and host your personalized webpage indefinitely.
To process your payment via our secure payment providers.
To deliver the digital assets (QR Code, Links) to your email.
To provide customer support if you have issues with your order.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your private personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers necessary to run our service:

Payment Processors: We use secure providers (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions. They receive your payment details directly.
Infrastructure: We use cloud providers (e.g., Vercel) to host the images and content of your gift pages.
Authentication: We use services (e.g., Clerk) to manage your secure login to the Admin Dashboard.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

"Forever" Hosting Policy

Because our product is a "Lifetime Memory", we retain the content of your gift (photos, texts) indefinitely so that the link continues to work for years to come.

However, you have the Right to be Forgotten. If you wish to delete your data, you can do so directly from your Admin Dashboard (by deleting the gift) or by contacting support. Once deleted, the data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. We use SSL encryption for all data in transit. Additionally, we offer an optional Passcode feature for your gift pages, adding an extra layer of privacy so only those with the code can view your photos and messages.
