To provide our service, we collect two types of information:
Gift Content (Public)
Information you explicitly provide to display on your custom page: photos, titles, romantic messages, dates, music links (YouTube), and selected emojis.
Account & Delivery (Private)
Information needed to deliver the service: your email address (to send the QR code and Admin access), your name (optional), and payment confirmation details. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and host your personalized web page indefinitely.
- To process your payment via our secure payment providers.
- To deliver digital assets (QR Code, Links) to your email.
- To provide customer support if you have issues with your order.
4. Information Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your private personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers necessary to operate our service:
- Payment Processors: We use secure providers (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions. They receive your payment details directly.
- Infrastructure: We use cloud providers (e.g., Vercel) to host image and page content for your gift.
- Authentication: We use services (e.g., Clerk) to manage your secure login to the Admin Dashboard.
5. Data Retention
"Forever" Hosting Policy
Since our product is a "Lifetime Memory", we retain your gift content (photos, text) indefinitely to ensure your page remains accessible accessible as long as you want.
6. Your Data Control & Rights
We believe you should always have full control over your personal data.
- You own your content. The "Lifetime Hosting" service means we will keep it online for as long as you want, but it does NOT mean we own it.
- Unpublish Anytime: You can unpublish your gift immediately from your Admin Dashboard. It will no longer be accessible to the public.
- Permanent Deletion: You can request to permanently delete all your data (images, text, messages) by contacting our support team. This action is irreversible.
7. Security
We take your security seriously. All data is transmitted via secure SSL/TLS encryption. Payments are processed by industry-leading providers (Stripe), meaning we never see or store your raw credit card details. Your personal content is stored in secure databases protected by world-class infrastructure.
