2. Services & Features

ILoveYou.gift allows users to create personalized webpages ("Gifts") by customizing various elements, including but not limited to:

  • Identity: Custom titles and unique URL links (subdomains).
  • Visuals: Uploading photos to a floating gallery and selecting interactive emoji backgrounds.
  • Audio: Embedding background music via YouTube links.
  • Timeline: Setting a relationship start date for an automated time counter.
  • Security: Optional passcode protection for privacy.

3. Pricing & Lifetime Hosting

Unlike subscription-based services, ILoveYou.gift operates on a one-time payment model.

Lifetime Access Guarantee

By purchasing a gift for the stated fee (currently $64 USD), you are granted a perpetual license to host that specific page on our servers indefinitely ("Forever"), with no recurring monthly or annual fees.

Prices may be subject to change for future customers, but your one-time payment locks in your hosting for the purchased item.

4. Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment confirmation, you will instantly receive:

  • A unique URL link to your personalized page.
  • A high-resolution QR Code to share the page physically or digitally.
  • Access to an Admin Dashboard via email verification to manage, edit, or unpublish your gift at any time.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds once the payment is confirmed and the digital assets (Link/QR Code) have been generated and delivered.

Exceptions may be made solely in the case of a proven technical error on our system that prevents the creation or access of your gift. In such cases, please contact support immediately.

6. User Responsibility & Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload (images, text, and links). By using our service, you agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, explicit, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

ILoveYou.gift reserves the right to unpublish or delete any page that violates these guidelines without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, code, design, and brand assets belong to Xallu, llc. You retain ownership of the personal photos and texts you upload, but you grant us a license to host and display them as part of the service you purchased.
